Spring Peepers in Winter?

I hope you're enjoying winter's gifts so far this season. This past weekend my husband and I attended the Pennsylvania Farm Show, a big winter event in our area. I enjoyed seeing the animals from the horses and pigs to the adorable bunnies of all shapes and sizes.

But the best part of the Farm Show for me was bringing home a symbol of spring that I can enjoy throughout the winter season. My husband and I stopped by a booth that sells hand-carved wooden frogs - each designed to mimic the sounds of the frogs they represent.

We chose the Spring Peepers because the sound reminded us of the first sounds of spring in our area. Check out the video below for more. I've also included a video of actual Spring Peepers so if you don't have these frogs in your area, you'll see and hear what I'm talking about. I hope this little taste of spring brings you joy!
